Child and baby friendly CLASSES

A very popular class for Mums with young children. Specific classes where you can bring your child along.  


Its great to get outdoors to train and this is a class which is extremely popular. Its great fun and gives you the opportunity to meet new people and laugh in the fresh air!

I also provide many other classes and training sessions. Please see my Qualifications page for the full list of what I can provide. If you have a specific requirement, please contact me and I can tailor bespoke training for you on a 1-to-1 basis.

As well as working for myself, I also provide classes to local fitness providers such as leisure centres and fitness clubs.


If you have a specific goal, I can tailor 1-to-1 sessions so that you get exactly what you need to achieve great results.


Circuit Training is great for overall fitness. I have developed bespoke sessions for people with specific training requirements such as Tough Mudder and Triathlons.


This is a fun work out class for both men and women. Classes are on Monday evenings from 18:30 to 19:30.


Pilates is fantastic for developing core strength - flat abdominals and strong back. You will also benefit from long, lean muscles and flexibility.
