About Me



I started my career in the fitness industry whilst I was still at school by working at Frome Leisure Centre as a Life Guard.
After completing my A Levels, I attended Bath University and studied Sports and Exercise Science and achieved my BSc (Hons) degree.
Since then I have continued my professional development by attending the latest courses on bespoke training subjects.
I have successfully managed a gym and in my time there we were awarded a National Fitness Industry Award for Best Gym in the under 1000 members category. This is something I am really proud of!
I have gained a lot of experience during my time in the fitness industry and I believe I can deliver a training experience you will enjoy and find effective in reaching your goals!
